Fazel Qader

My name is Fazel Qader, son of deceased Haji Abdul Qader. I am 42 years old; I am married and have 8 children. I have an MBA from Preston University, Peshawar,Pakistan, in Finance & Accounting. I work as the Finance and Office Manager with Program Support Unit of Canadian International Development Agency (PSU/CIDA) in Kabul province of Afghanistan. I have 17 years work experience.

I am cooperating with Hope project for the following very good reasons:

1- The vision and mission of Hope project is to support Afghan people, I would like to help Afghan people too.
2- Hope project is helping defenseless people (orphans) and helping orphans has reward.
3- Education is very important in life of everyone. In each family the father is trying to encourage his children to go to school and do other good things. Hope project is doing it for orphans; therefore I have interest to work with hope project.
4- If Afghan people become educated they will become self sustainable, so our country will develop.
5- During the last 25 – 30 years most of the people have been killed in Afghanistan, because of lack of education and benightedness. We have to try to help people to be educated and do not repeat awful things again.
6- Most of the people in Afghanistan are jobless; with cooperating with Hope project until now we find job for 3 teachers which this also have reward.
And because of some other reasons I have cooperation with Hope Project.
